Dommy Odhiambo is a final year student at Maseno University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with IT majoring in Finance. She is passionate about gender issues with a keen focus on ending sexual harassment experienced in places of work and institutions of higher learning. Dommy is an advocate for gender equality and believes that one’s gender should not be a limitation to whom and what one can become. She is a great lover of African literature books and seeks to promote literacy among children living in underserved communities through a not for profit initiative (Page Turners) that she, together with her friends, run.
